Golf club, Chingola

Consultancy support to the Golf Committee in the management of the club. The scope includes a full operational and financial audit; a revised organisational structure; staff training; the development of escalation processes; a pricing and revenue framework; standard operating procedures for the greens and clubhouse; golf development, including caddie training and management, junior golf, ladies' golf and social golf; an events and corporate partnership programme; and a structured reporting system for the Committee.

Designed and deployed a live management system for daily operations, including bar sales receipting, and trained staff to run it.

Crown First Pharmacy

24/7 pharmacy

Development of management and stock control systems, giving the pharmacy clear, day-to-day control of its stock, sales and operations.

Bwacha-MSS

Supplier to the mining sector, Solwezi

Developed and deployed a web-based sales and procurement management system that manages the full order cycle, from requests for quotation and supplier selection through to delivery, invoicing and payment. The engagement included staff training and ongoing maintenance.

Nkumbu specialises in sports events, development, coaching and club management, and has organised tournaments, coaching clinics and fundraising events at local, regional and national level.

Business, risk and commercial advisory

A results-driven business and risk professional with strong commercial experience in revenue generation, market development and risk and insurance advice. Mukupa has led teams as Team Lead and General Manager, and is skilled in negotiation, claims and dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance.

Golf course and facility management, HOG Consulting

A hands-on professional with 40 years' experience in agriculture and agricultural development, specialising in golf course construction, upgrading, grow-in, maintenance and design. Glyn has extensive experience in remote areas and developing countries, building effective teams along the way.

How does an engagement start?

We begin by understanding your operations and challenges. We then agree a written scope, fees and reporting arrangements before any work starts.

Do you build the management systems yourselves?

Yes. We deploy and customise systems around how your business actually runs, train your staff until they are confident using them, and provide monthly maintenance and support after go-live.

Who owns the data in our system?

You do. Your organisation keeps ownership of all the data it enters, and we can provide a full export of it on request.

Every engagement includes agreed reporting, such as monthly reports to your committee or board, tracked against performance measures we set together at the start.
